Yoga and Naturopathy claims need the company's approval before treatment. A qualifying AYUSH Hospital is defined narrowly: a government or teaching AYUSH hospital, or a registered AYUSH hospital with at least 5 in-patient beds and an AYUSH doctor in charge round the clock.

The grant says 'Government Recognized', while the definition of an AYUSH Hospital also admits a standalone AYUSH hospital registered with the local authorities, with at least 5 in-patient beds. Confirm which reading applies to your centre before you are admitted. If you buy the 2-Hour Hospitalization add-on, the shorter 2-hour rule does not reach AYUSH - a stay of 24 hours is still needed.

Many small Ayurveda and Panchakarma centres do not meet that, so confirm the facility before admission. Out-patient AYUSH and treatment outside India are not covered.
