HDFC ERGO
The rider's cover is tied to your health sum insured: a ₹3 Lakh base gives ₹15 Lakh of accident cover, and the ₹1 Crore ceiling binds once the base is ₹20 Lakh or more. How much a permanent partial disablement pays is set in the rider's own wording, not in this policy.

HDFC ERGO
The cover amount moves with your base sum insured, so a ₹5 lakh plan buys a ₹25 lakh rider while a ₹20 lakh plan or higher is held at the ₹1 crore ceiling. The rider is a separate contract so its exclusions and claim rules sit in its own document, not in this policy wording.

Star Health
Only one insured person is covered at a time, and you choose who at each renewal. Death must follow the accident within 12 calendar months, and a disablement must be confirmed and claimed within 60 days of it happening.
